Mist is a cloud of small water droplets that float in the air. Mist is made using pressurized water and special misting nozzles. These water particles are too small to condense in the air, so the mist evaporates quickly. This means you won’t get saturated with water. As the mist evaporates, it absorbs some of the ambient energy - what we experience as heat. This natural phenomena is called evapotranspiration. It’s also how trees and plants can cool an outdoor environment. Mist can cool an area by up to 30 degrees, so you can enjoy the outdoors.
